The original oil caps that are available to order for the 24v from Alfa Romeo are now supplied as a plain black plastic with the word OLIO embossed.
The oil caps for 12v have not been available for a number of years
Because they were made from plastic they also have a tendency to crack.
We now have had these black anodized aluminium caps available. The logo is etched into the cap.
Also fit S4 Spider and 75 and 164 TS.

New products coming thick and fast at the moment!
Arrived today are Alfetta GTV6 and Alfa 75 TS and V6 front calipers.
Remanufactured in light weight alloy similar to the original Brembo units these are supplied as a pair with pins and clips f0r £260.00 (plus carriage and vat)

We now have available again specific sports springs for Alfetta GTV and GTV6.
For the last 4-5 years we have had to make do with using rear springs for Alfa 75.
as you can see in the picture there is a considerable difference in free length.
The rusty spring on the left is original STD for GTV6
The red spring is our new option uprated and lowered spring for GTV6
Next to that is the Eibach pro kit spring for Alfa 75
and the spring on the far right is STD for Alfa 75

Following on from the Alfa Romeo badges we have just received some more new badges are now available.
This time for the 916 GTV the GTV and Cup scripts have been plastic moulded and plated.
available individually at £42.50 each (plus carriage and vat)
The badge is supplied as part of a kit –
the badge with adhesive backing
a template to help position the badge on your boot lid in the correct ‘factory’ position

We now have a 1986 GTV6 in for breaking. The car is very rusty in all the normal places
but the car is complete with Recaro interior and is mechanically complete

We now have OEM style rose joints for the 916 trailing arm (spring pan)
These are the style of bushes used on the V6 models

We are in the process of producing solid flywheels for 24v engines fitted with dual mass. We used to order the flywheel from Alfa Romeo. Along with a 3.2 clutch and a few bolts this was a very effective upgrade. Both in performance and cost!
Unfortunately a year or so ago the flywheels became NLA from Alfa.
Using three different engineering companies in the south west of England, we should have them available again in 6 weeks. here you can see the phonic timing wheel that bolts to the rear of the flywheel. These just arrived from the laser cutters today.
