Following on from the GTV6 version we have been selling for the last 2 years, the Series 1 Alfetta GT and GTV rear lamp LED’s have just landed. These are a massive improvement from the standard lamps. No more cleaning old bulb holders and brake lights that can be seen!

Simply unclip the old circuit board and clip in the new LEDs. No wiring modifications required. Fits both Carello and Altissimo first series rear lamps.

GTV6 and GTV4 column switch

After quite an absence we now have the correct column switch for Alfetta GTV6 and Alfetta GTV4.

The wiper stalk on these cars have 4 positions and is the same for LHD and RHD cars.

These switches will need to have a small modification to the wiring to fit USA cars because of the twin filament outer headlamps required for US regulations.

Phone line problems

We are currently having a number of issues with our phone lines. We have been upgraded to fiber and the new digital phone connections are not working correctly. If you try to contact us on our normal land line 01373 823856 the phone will just ring. Unfortunately nothing happens our end!
We have been told that the fault is at the exchange (some kind of portal issue!) and it was being rectified over the weekend, and we should be up and running again first thing Monday, but in our experience this doesn’t always happen…

I think our old red plastic phone had another 25 years of service left in it…Hopefully the new digital service will be worth the change and disruption it has caused..

RHD clutch master cylinders for 147 and GT

A new production of RHD clutch master cylinders for 147 and GT models are now available. Discontinued by Alfa Romeo (original number 55196187) and then by Valeo this product has resulted in quite a few cars in UK, Australia and New Zealand being laid up.

We have been through our extensive back order list and contacted those via email. Good news is the producer has made a big quantity, so hope to be able to keep these cars on the road for a few years to come..

GTV6 and Alfetta door mirror glass

Replacement door mirror glass and backing plates for the Vitaloni door mirrors used on GTV6 and late Alfetta GTV. The repair kit includes a self adhesive pad, the plastic backing plate, and the glass is a perfect fit, with the correct blue tint. Available for both Left and Right. we also have the metal backings in stock for those suffering from rust.

Alfetta and GTV6 10mm rear brake disc bolts

We now have available newly forged brake disc bolts and washer sets for early Alfetta GTV and GTV6.

These bolts are the correct M10 metric fine thread with 15mm Hex head and shoulder in a 10.9 high tensile strength.

Finished in zinc and clear and accompanied by the correct hardness washers.

Harder 300HV washers are needed with these hex head bolts.

These new forgings are correctly plated and de-embrittled.

Coming soon the Cap head version for late GTV6 and 75, as well as the 8mm cap head versions for late 4 cylinder cars..

V6 Crank thrusts

A new reproduction of V6 crank thrusts are now available.

Suitable for the 12v 2.5 and 3.0 engine used in GTV6, Alfa 75 and Alfa 90

as well as the 24v engines used in 147, 156, 166, 916 and GT

Original part number was 60513374, but had been made obsolete by Alfa Romeo,

also no longer available to order from the original producers AE and MAHLE.

GTV6 fuel filler hose

We have just received a new reproduction of the GTV6 fuel filler neck hose.

These have been re manufactured with the balloon between the different diameter ends to ease fitment.

Cracked and leaking fuel pipe is a very common cause of fuel smells in the GTV6

GTV6 and 75 V6 gearbox mounts

At last they have arrived and only 36 weeks late! We have just received a special delivery by DHL of the gearbox mounts for GTV6 and 75 V6. We have been out of stock of the right hand for what seems like an eternity, we had some sent by express to clear our back order list. If you were one on the list you will have already had notification of there arrival, and a parcel is already on its way to you by DHL

Alfetta and 75 Rear caliper repair kits

In previous years we have always found fitting new replacement rear calipers to be a much better option than trying to repair old ones. The main reason for this was the internal seals and special adjustable pistons were unobtainable. The great news is we now have full rebuild kits with piston seals, dust covers and retaining clips as well as all the internal adjuster seals.

Suitable for late Alfetta GTV and GTV6 with Olsa rear lamps.

Come supplied as a pair with built in electric circuit and LEDs

Used parts sort out

Were in the middle of a big sort out of our used parts shed…Never enough room, I’m not sot sure how many engines and gearboxes we have in total, but its quite a few! ranging from a Giulietta Ti block, through most of the 105 versions including a number of 1750 and 2000, a complete S4 spider engine and a number of Alfetta and GTV6. We don’t have all of them listed on the website, so well worth giving us a ring or dropping us an email if its the sort of thing your looking for.

We also have cranks, blocks, sumps and bell housings available as separate components. All at prices you can afford!
